Our return policies

If you encountered any problems with received items you must report to us within 21 days of receipt. We guarantee money back if items returned in the original condition in which they were received. If you have ordered the wrong product or would like to return it for any other reason, please note that the items must be unopened, unused and have their original seal intact.

Prior to returning anything, please contact our orders department at orders@citylaserclinic.com so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the refund.

Shipping

Please note that we do not ship outside of United States. Shipping anywhere within United States will approximately take from 2-4 days.
